A new Renault dealership at the Technopole of Oujda in addition to the other 3 that already exist in Nador, Oujda and Berkane

The Renault network is being renewed and strengthened. Work for a new concession has just been launched at the Technopole of Oujda, last Thursday, in the presence of Stéphane Galoustian, CEO of Renault Morocco trade, the commercial subsidiary of Renault Group Morocco, Mohammed M’hidia, wali of Oriental and governor of the prefecture of Oujda. With this new outlet, Renault consolidates its offer and confirms its leading role in the sale of vehicles. It provides 40% of national demand and 40% of car sales at the Oriental. A region that already has three concessions in Nador, Oujda and Berkane but needed a new structure that ensures all new services of the Renault range. This will ensure a Renault-store service to optimize the pre-sale, sale and after-sales service. A new approach to improve the satisfaction index via adaptable configurations. This concept of standardization of Renault network has entered in extension phase in the forty showrooms covering the national territory.
The new dealership, which is spread over 4,000 m2, required sixteen million DH and will eventually insure 48 direct jobs in the long term. It consists of two showrooms, one for Renault and the other for its brand Dacia. Meanwhile, mechanical workshops, electrical, high-tech diagnostics, bodywork and all services related to the processing of warranty ensure the maintenance and overhaul. A "Renault minute" space is also expected for treatments requiring minimum time, as explained Ahmed el Ayachi, commercial director of Renault in Oujda. The diamond brand has also launched marketing  its new electric car, the Twizy at the Oriental. An environmentally friendly vehicle that consumes six DH electricity to 100 km, as precised in technical specifications.
As a reminder, this concession is in addition to 14 projects already underway at the Technopole of Oujda, on the 34 sold so far.
