A major study on the strategy of development of air transport, called "Ajwaa", was launched yesterday by the Minister for Infrastructure, Transport and Logistics, Aziz Rebbah. Steered by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, the project should be introduced in March and will have a structuring nature and encompass all aspects of air transport. These include the effects of liberalization and international negotiations, airport infrastructure, air regulations, national companies, international transportation, inland transportation, freight cargo, passenger protection, aeronautics industry, education and human resource development. It is worth mentioning that the initiation of this study was attended by directors and representatives of the airline industry (ONDA, RAM, DGCA, DTA, DCA) and the team conducting the study.
